I've watched gifted leaders burn out not because the mission was wrong, but because no one had ever helped them build the operational foundation underneath it. That's what drove me to start ClearSky Solutions. Not to be another consultant with a framework, but to be the operational partner I wish these organizations had sooner.
I named the company ClearSky Solutions because that's what I want for every organization I work with to have: a clear view of where they are, where they're going, and nothing in the way.
